We take pride in creating bespoke mugs tailored specifically to your order. By placing an order with us, you’re agreeing to the terms outlined below.

1. The Contract

When you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation. The official contract is formed once your item moves into the production phase. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order prior to this point – for example, in the event of a pricing error or unforeseen stock shortages.

2. Bespoke & Made-to-Order

Every mug is manufactured specifically for you. Because these are made-to-order goods, they are exempt from the standard 14-day “change of mind” return rights under UK consumer law.

  • Cancellations: To get your order to you as fast as possible, production begins almost immediately. Because of this, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once the order is placed.
  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your mug arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the product and the packaging within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement as our way of making things right.

3. Shipping & Third Parties

To make your product and get it to your door, we work with various partners, including payment processors and courier services.

  • Estimates: Delivery dates are our best estimates, not guarantees. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers especially around holiday seasons.
  • Address Errors: Please double-check your details! If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, a fee will apply to send it out again.

4. Product Care & Liability

We want you to enjoy your mug for a long time, so please treat it with care.

  • Usage: Please follow the specific care instructions (such as dishwasher or microwave safety) listed on the product page. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning.
  • Property Damage: Our liability is limited strictly to the cost of the mug. We are not responsible for any damage to personal property resulting from the use or breakage of the product.
  • Durability: We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for 30 days. After this period, damage is considered standard wear and tear.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Scots Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
